They can get rid of him by asking him to resign or if he refused they could dismiss him summarily: Summary dismissal is dismissal without notice. It does not require advance notice to the employee and wages are only paid to the time of dismissal. An employer has a legal right to summarily dismiss an employee without notice for serious misconduct or other conduct which justifies such dismissal. No doubt he’s on a contract and bont won’t buy him out. Not sure they would have a lot of applicants for the job ? Not a brilliant club atm
