Vardon played 16 plus 3 sub games out of a possible 34 games, Phillips played 25 , although they both were nominated as subs knowing that they were injured and couldnt play,Vardon didnt play from mid March, Phillips from mid April, such is loyalty!!

@ Scril - How many goals did Vardon score in them 19 games, was it around 19???
Plus Leigh was the heart of your defence so ive been told. And chipped in with a few goals from defence didnt he?
