Reformed as LLanelli Town AFC. We were accepted in to Carmarthenshire League Premier Division . If we can finish in top two hopefully we can apply to go into Welsh League. Massive work done off the field. Totally reorganised the club and securered the lease to play in Stebo and lease the clubhouse. Trust me , we will be back in Welsh Premier !! A long road ahead but we will get there. Keep the faith ;D

First of all there were no insults to to the FAW officers who have behaved impeccably, the problem is with the now very obvious self interest of the councillors which has led to the resignation of one of the FAWs senior officers. I too would like to know what rule was broken when all the criteria needed by the governing body was met and agreed by the above for two whole years, There was a very promising future for Barry a town of apprx 50.000 people in the offing.. what more proof of all this than the below.
Fan funded and run. Community based, fully amateur, completely debt free. Own bank account, all accounts publicly available at companies house. Operates fully within the FAW strategic plans. were about to take over the Vale of Glamorgan youth academy. International 2.500 seater ground, used as such last season. has an unbelievable bunch of loyal talented players, exceptionally principled man in man in manager Gav Chesterfield who along with his wife Hannah head the above family, coaches, players, and a committee to be proud of, with ladies in the background and all volunteers working hard to make it a success. As for the support, unequalled in the Welsh league ,excellent home and away support where the old and the young sing and laugh together and where foul language is heavily frowned upon hence the increase of children at Jenner park. Summed up in three massive words. COMPLETE FOOTBALL FAMILY. Some people on here seem to think this should all be totally destroyed when they assume they know one rule that serves this and their arguement, but not the practicalities of others.

Well put Dragonfire. If it were not for but a few corrupt councillors, we would have remained in the league, stable - both financially and in squad terms, and continue forward as a model Welsh League club. That's all we want is to be allowed to continue. We've done nothing wrong.
