get in there ;D A good win tonight against a decent team though the result should have been 4 or 5-1 but for a few missed chances.Totally dominated the game and watch out the so called table toppers as Ponty are on the case

Get a life Bank Manager, you must have seen many people on this site congratulating individuals who are prepared to support clubs. I suggest that the few people who keep moaning like yourself should get of their backsides and find sponsors or arrange functions to bring in much needed funds for their clubs. Thankfully there are not many like you who have deep seated jealousy of clubs that do try and improve their lot by working hard.

FairPlay I'm not criticising the fact that you are spending money great if you can do that ! All I'm saying is that the money you are spending the least I would expect would be for Ponty to gain promotion. Telling sides ur coming for them at the top of the table ? All I'm saying is you should be up there simple like Bridgend street , undy, Britton ferry but to name a few !!! So get off your high horse !! With money comes expectation !! I don't give a flying ---- if you got money or not to tell you the truth

I didnt tell clubs anything. What do you mean by 'being up there simple like Bridgend St 'etc. Have never been on a high horse but are always happy to see clubs do well irrespective of whether they have finance or not. I have never told individual clubs on this website what they should or should not do and wouldnt be so pompous. I am pleased to say that I have never hated or been jealous of any club at any level after very many years in football and have enjoyed every minute. Calm down and relax which will make you a valuable member of this website whos comments will be widely appreciated.

I would like to make clear, that we DON'T pay the players at Briton Ferry. And to the teams that do, good luck to you. It only makes it a bit sweeter if we do beat you.

I don't pretend to know everything that goes on at my club. But i know we don't pay the players. We don't have a chaiman throwing money at our club.

Definately not. Anyone who is willing to throw money into this level of WL football, should be encouraged, not criticised. Even if it's not your club getting the money. There is nothing stopping you going out and trying to make your club a few quid.

How many times have we seen it with Pontypridd though? They pay crazy money out (via Mr Shamrock Shopper, Leighton Samuel and now this latest guy) andit lasts a season or two, then the money man pulls out and they get relegated and struggle the following couple of seasons. The moment the money stops, they lost an ENTIRE squad as none of the players are even bothered about the club as it has no soul. This has been proven consistenly by that club over the last 7/8 years and even before that. And where are they now? ? - Exactly where they started from!! Surely, it makes more sense trying to build something more long term and invest in good youth structure etc, which will mean you get some players there who wont just dissapear the moment the money dries up. Anyone who cant see this is as short-sighted as me!

If you knew anything about football you would know that they have tried to form a reserve team to play in the Welsh League reserves but have been turned down because they already share their ground with another club and have also been refused playing on another League approved ground. They have had some exciting times even though they are now back in the 3rd Div. At least they have made efforts to provide entertainment for their supporters instead of another boring day at the office. I wonder with all your words of wisdom you have led a club to everlasting success
