What exactly does this mean? Two up to Division 3, three down (Troedyrhiw, Seven Sisters, Llantwit Fardre) including Pentwyn and Garw which makes 5, that leaves 50 Welsh League teams?

That means Troeydyrhiw, Seven Sisters and Llantwit Fardre go down with Garw and Pentwyn?

Now that it's been proven that the WL can be defeated, what odds on the other relegation candidates appealing now...

Too Late!

But won't this constitute another decision /proposal to put to clubs. If that is the case surely another appeal window opens up .

Nothing has been confirmed yet, so 10 days wont apply until meeting on Monday. I know of at least 3 clubs that will be putting an appeal in if the set up is left at 16 16 18.

Let me guess... Seven Sisters, Troedyrhiw and Llantwit Fardre?!
Pentwyn should as well since if it stays 18 in each they'll survive thanks to Maesteg going pop.
