" if so you havnt got the joke yet. nobody knows Craig better than me on the field m8, beleive me Ive been there since he was in nappies, I really do hope he makes ago of it at Ton he certainly has the talent. I will just leave it at that ....

Huw, think yr being very disrespectful to Craig, he served Porth well over the last few seasons and had probably been one of yr best players. Now that he has moved on yr comments pangs of bitterness. Getting exciting now that the new season is nearly upon us though, Div 3 looks like Ponty town, bridgend street, who have the money to spend. Promoted teams historically do well in div 3 so expect Undy to do well. Div 2 IMO, the likes of Caerau, Monmouth, Croesy will be pushing hard, Ceiber have raided local side Carnetown so are in transition, bettws, newport YM will also be there or there abouts. Div 1 is a lottery, haverfordwest, bridgend, goytre utd, bryntirion, Cambrian spend decent amounts of money so all should go close, barry town appear to have their documented problems, Ton Pentre looked to have strengthened well (although time will tell) Other promoted sides Cwmaman and Porth appear to have their problems in recruiting quality to their squads. my opinion Div 3 - Bridgend street Div 2 - Caerau Div 1 - Ton Pentre. or maybe Porth are very happy with the blend of youth and experience they have, admittedly cant compete with the big boys in certain aspects, we will see but are proud of the fact that at least 14 players will be in the match day 20 who were with us in the Amateur Lge just 4 seasons ago, they have developed together perhaps they are good enough time will tell. Ton, and Dean had a fantastic season last year superb, but when the season kicks off on the 13th that wont matter, Im sure you will be up to the task, I would be a little concerned if certain key players, Colvin,Howe, for example should pick up an injury but hopefully Cam,Ton and us will enjoy a succesfull season. |
