Once again I read in the local paper that no club has applied to join the Welsh League from the West Wales FA area.
So there will only be 4 clubs relegated from dIVISION 3.

And if a D1 club goes up to WPL and no SW club comes down, presumably it's be down to three (with D1 and D2 relegating one less to keep 16 in each).
I get the wonderful Welsh Football magazine which summarises football in each area (i'm a geek, sorry). It'll be interesting to see which clubs are at the top of the 4 western leagues...
