Monmouth Town are looking to recruit a Head of Youth Football to join Steve Jenkins and Andrew Smith in our management team and lead our FAW Football Academy. The successful applicant and will have a UEFA ‘B’ at least and will have up to date knowledge of developments in football coaching and learning methods and the ability to attract, develop and retain players and other coaches. This is a great opportunity for a coach to put their skills to use in a high level competitive environment, make a mark and improve future career prospects.
