Ive heard if you have the users IPaddress that you may be able to use some data packages including wireshark, and trace that ipaddress to an address. Anyone got any ideas?

You will need something a little more sophisticated than Wireshark to find someones home address from their IP address. Wireshark is just a tracing tool and will not have the database which contains which address is associated with what public IP address.

Thanks oneman. A friend of mine new you could, he mentioned wireshark but looking into it its like you said you need better data package, Wireshark is for monitoring or tracing faults. Thanks for info anyway.
