9 days until we finally start the season. We all have our views but let's face it we all just want the games to start now. Whatever the rights or wrongs that have happened since the end of last season let's all accept what division we are in and get the season going.
It has been said on different topics on here but to all the clubs moaning look at Ton Pentre as a club you should measure yourselves against. They have taking everything that has happened like real MEN and accepted what has happened.
If everyone is that unhappy with the management committee let's get this season under way and have meetings to discuss the best way forward but I can assure you the number of people considering walking away from Welsh League Football is high and we will never get them numbers back.
So let's get the season going.

I fully understand your position and sympathize with you. I would like to get this season going but at what price? Please put yourself in the position of the clubs who may be appealing. I am no legal expert and make no claims to know everything about this current situation we are in, but even to a layman like me something does not smell right.
As a humble supporter it seems to me that there has been some dodgy goings on, or at best some major incompetence, and now my club as well as others has to pay the price. Can you imagine how this would go down in England if this was being inflicted on clubs like Liverpool or Manchester etc.
As for some people walking away from Welsh football I feel like my club is being abandond by Welsh league clubs. Come on guys something about these meetings is not right, think if something dodgy has been going on, it could be your turn one day.
As i stated earlier I understand how people are feeling and really do sympathize, and do not really wish to get into a slagging match with anyone on this board. Just trying to show you how the other side may be feeling.
One final thought, do you not think it is in somebodys interest to delay any decisions about this matter, dragging it out so other clubs bring pressure on the clubs appealing. Just a thought. I could be well wide of the mark not being an expert on meetings, rules and what not.

Oh dear should have listened to my own advice on an earlier thread and kept quiet. can't win here.
Of course I understand you want to play football, played it and watched it all my life. What part of I think my club is getting shafted and don't like it, do you not understand.
Having watched the Crows for at least the last eighteen years as well as helping out until very recently I would of course be extremely upset if we were to be thrown out of the Welsh league. That is the kind of people you would be getting rid off if you were to choose that course of action. people who have given a great deal to their clubs. Football people like you!
That is it on a hiding to nothing here I am off.

Crow 61,
The choice is (excluding this "Rule 15" stuff)
1) Back down and take your fate like people (even if you feel hard done by) and play football this season.
2) Keep on with this ridiculous blind and blinkered action and do not play football this season - because it will be too late to play it at all!
Your time for appealing and debating and getting some sympathy was in May & June. I for one would have listened then because the time would have been there to go through it all properly and start on time. You didn't. You left it until the week before the scheduled start of the season, and for that reason, people who may have supported you now have absolutely no time for you all whatsoever!

I can understand all th efrustrations that people have with regards the way they have been treated by the WLC over the past months. Nobody wants to be relegated in the first place, and even more so under false pretences.
However, the bottom line is there are over a thousand Welsh League footballers out there who want to play football. By continuing with this appeal, these lads are being denied this opportunity. Surely if you are doing it for football reasons as you say you are, then the right thing to do is to withdraw your appeal and allow the talking to be done on the pitch.
If you are worthy of your place in Division 1 / 2 / 3 then surely in 12 months time you would have had an excellent season behind you, would have won promotion and be where you rightly deserve to be. If not, then maybe you don't deserve your place in those divisions anyway.
Let's just get on with the 2010/11 season and see which teams rightly deserve to be in the respective decisions in 9 months time.

As an observer I ma sure everyone wants the season to start asap. Some want it at any price, some feel they are making a principled stand.
What frightens me is the fact that our governing body are washing their hands of any involvement in an issue affecting the biggest League in Wales.governing body.
I have seen people quoting a letter from the FAW produced by Chris from Ton Pentre, aletter read out by Ken Tucker and a letter the"rebels " have circulated. Who were they signed by and what did they say?
I am totally confused by the whole thing and can see both sides viewpoints but where oh where are our
