If the rebel clubs keep up this action cant we as members of the welsh league vote against them and get them thrown out of the league. Its gone far enough now and we all want to get underway, Alun evans you have an hidden agenda against the welsh fa and i wonder whats in this for yourself. Makes me laugh pentwyn finished in the bottom 2 and are trying to save there welsh league status, do us all a favour and accept your fate and on footballing terms you were the worst teams alongside garw. I call on all welsh league clubs to vote against the rebel clubs and proceed with the league without them. There are 5 teams ready and waiting to take there place and have the criteria to go in the welsh league. What are we waiting for league secs get voting now and get rid of the rebel teams who are causing chaos

Friends sometimes wonder how I find time to do things between sacking managers and hatching devious plots. The truth is I do neither, though Mutt seems to believe - on what grounds I cannot begin to surmise - that I am the puppet-master in the ongoing saga called Welsh league survival. It is true that I am opposed to the reduction of the League, and was as long ago as the 2009 AGM. I haven't read or heard anything to change my mind. Huw jones asked whether UWIC would have proposed an amendment this year if we had been safe. The truth is we lodged the proposal at a time when we actually thought we were safe! I was asked by two clubs to use my experience to formulate an alternative for them, but as the deadline for submission was so close, I put it in our club's name on behalf of the others. I have no ulterior motives - what could they be ? - but I will tell you that my continuing opposition to 16-16-16 is based on concerns that the reduced league will diminish in political and commercial status and that it will become a vehicle for others outside the legitimately-elected committee to control it. I truly believe divisions of 16 are desirable, but only by increasing the league to 64 clubs, with 2 regional Third Divisions - something which will also go far towards solving the South Wales log-jam every season. This needs more detailed argument than this brief answer, and I really must return to my political machinations

This is getting silly now. You cant vote clubs out because they appealed using the leagues own democratic process. The anger being vented should be aimed at the people that run the Welsh League. Tell them to get the bloody mess sorted and lets get on with the football.

Well said albion at last a sensible view , dont look at the 8 clubs who have appealed and the 2 who have already successfully appealed take a look at the WL committee they are the inept group who allowed this farcical issue to escalate and us become a laughing stock in welsh football .

My how people thrash out when they don't really have a well thought out argument.
From talking to individuals involved with the clubs involved they believe they can show that the clubs have been misinformed throughout this unseemly episode.
However some people seem to like the mushroom management system being used by the committee" keep them in the dark and just shovel on some more crap at regular intervals so they never get to see the light".
I have always preferred being confused with FACTS so that I can make a decision that I feel can be justified. In those circumstances I have always then gone along with the majority.I think the clubs involved feel that because of the misinformation in the process the decision should be set aside. In accordance with the rules they have lodged their objections
