Is that the rule that delegates in a vote at an AGM or EGM can exclude clubs that they deem are acting in the not best interest of the league. Interesting.

woah calm down, this is my fear clubs at each others throats not good. I cant beleive clubs are appealing the same thing over and over why dont someone from The FAW get off their f@t arses and attend one of these meetings and sort it out ffs, if an injunction is taken out by a club in the welsh Lge then I personally think there will be probs , they should accept the numerous decisions and get on with it .... there i said it again and again and again

What I dont understand is why these clubs are appealing NOW, as they were all informed on June 5th, the same as the other clubs, so why wait until August to put an appeal in, when the deadline to appeal was mid-June. The 2 clubs who won their appeals (Risca and Pontyclun) went about it the right way, putting theirs in immediately and won- good luck to them.
My suspicion is that these other 9 clubs are only appealing NOW, as they werent brave enough to do so initially and waited until Risca and Pontyclun had gone through the expense etc, before deciding they would try and get a piece of the action. Had they done this back in June like the other 2 clubs, I would have had some sympathy, but to put in appeal in August just seems to be daft to me!

spot on there Turk my sentiments exactly. This is where the clubs are rapidly losing support. Tell me this then at the meeting down Aberavon Chris Jones of Ton Pentre had a letter from the FAW stating a decision had been made on going with 16-16-18, this was after he had contacted the FAW to clarify their position , quite understandably.Chris showed me the letter. So how come the Rebel 9, now 8 ;D are circulating a letter from the FAW and in THEIR interpretation saying the FAW were never asked to consider 18-18-18 Ken Tucker also read out the FAW response at that meeting . The FAW it seems to me have their wires crossed and have given 2 answers to the same question, but for people to question the LMC integrity and Ken Tucker in particular is frankly disgusting. No doubt certain people will say I'm just sticking up for the LMC thats their opinion, this is mine.
