If Ponty win this, then every club could appeal against being relegated.
Also very unfair to Llantwit Major this.

Pontyclun lost their appeal on Monday

Why is it that when I spoke to certain members of THE League on Thursday it is still unsure who team B are? Pontyclyn were bottom of the League and should be relegated. Llantwit Major won a play off and should be promoted. We are now into the second week of fixtures and still unsure of who is the 16th team?

Typical indecision by FAW and Welsh League who are almost the same body.

The hearing was last Monday in Aberystwyth I think.
As with all fair hearings a right of appeal must be granted, usually within a 14 day window hence the dalay in clarifying the verdict. It's a sorry state of affairs and Llantwit Major can feel aggrieved after winning their league, winning the play off and passing the inspection.
They have ticked every single box.
On the other side of the coin Pontyclun finished bottom of the league albeit in a season when they have developed their facilities.
I'm sure fair process will prevail in the eventual outcome but its just a shame that every other club in the division is affected by the saga.

here,s an interesting idea.As i was involved with one of the clubs that Pontyclun crapped on 3 seasons ago I would like to propose that "as Pontyclun no longer have any friends or allies in the welsh league (and probably the feeders for that matter why dont every club threaten to boycott Pontyclun if their appeal is upheld as they are probably pissing everyone off by now and i think everyone wants to see the back of them"
