I was wondering how many clubs will be in a panic come what April 30th 2013, that is the deadline for all clubs to have the new code of facilities in place or face RELEGATION from the League!!!
Its not as strict in Divisions 2 & 3 but if a club is showing ambitions of promotion to Division 1 in the season ahead they must have this criteria also!
1. minimum of 50 fixed seats in stand
2. concrete hard-standing to one full side of the pitch, 1.83mts wide
3. PA system
4. medical/first aid room for players
5. wc facility for both female and male spectators
6. spectator access to all FOUR sides of the pitch
7. clear signage for spectators
This is in addition to barriers around four sides of the pitch and dugouts with minimum of 6 people in each.
