Anyone know why the WPL site has been closed down.
Just tried to log in, but it diverts me to other things.
Good site that was.

been closed down cos of all the crap posted by people unsung alias, "not worth the hassle" as quoted by Mark Pitmans blog.
Without a real name keyboard warriors post things they wouldn't dare using their own names hence the shutdown.

Fairplay can you read or do you just see a post by me and jump in with both feet... The response was to a question about the WPL forumn not this one your getting paranoid in your old age,and Mark Pitman on twitter last nite eluded to the reason as repeated by me,and I quote "There's something missing on www.welsh-premier.com today. Don't blame @wp_web either, too much anonymous rubbish to make the forum worthwhile" |

Hugh you dont get it or ever will. I was saying once again about your 'alias views'. Maybe you will reach my 'old age' one day and by then gain more experience of life which I hope will make you more conciliatory. Good night and enjoy the rest of the season.

I do believe Huw's point was that alias' and abuse was the reason it was shut down as reported by a prominent Welsh Football Journalist rather than repeating his own views on the matter.

Bit of a trek to walk Ron,I'd suggest a cab to Fleurs for a pre-match tipple and it's about a 10min stroll from there.
