I see on social media that a number of transfers are taking place - how many times can a player transfer during the season and does switching between teams in the Cymru Leagues and the Alliance Leagues,for example, have any bearing on it?

A player can sign for 3 clubs during a season but only play competitive football for 2 clubs. It's a FIFA directive.
