Heck of a statement made by Haverfordwest County yesterday in going into Lido's backyard + giving 'em a 4-0 tuning.........all this after Trundle packed his Magic Daps + went to the outskirts of Punt Talbet to give yet more back to the Welsh game. Sentiment that Penybont (from some perhaps mischievously halfway thru the season) are champions-elect a bit premature?

Ye great performance and with better finishing could well have scored a couple more. League too close to call now but still got to play Penybont twice so those games will probably be decicive. Cambrian & Clydach could still have a say as well though so another massive game against them for the bluebirds at the Conygar Bridge meadow next Sat 2nd v 3rd.

The Harveywest 4-0 win at Afan Lido put in prospective yesterday by leaders Penybont being held to a 3-3 draw at home to Lido. That said Bont did well as Kieran Howard was sent off in the 44th min with the score on 1-1. Ultimately, Bont twice came from behind with 10 men to draw. So, with both matches between Bont + Bluebirds to come while Bont also have to go to Cam, to say Bont are champions-elect is ridiculous in the extreme.
