A week after I was one of many football fans who criticised the behaviour of a player + a member of their management team on the touchline at L Major, I have to give credit where credit is due. I of course I refer to the 3-2 win today at the Goyt Country Bumkins. All the misbehaviour today came from Goyt who saw two players getting straight reds...Ross Sheregold + Ryan Howells. Amazing game as Goyt went 2-0 up even after Sheregold saw red on 22mins. Two goals in as many mins before the break placed Goyt in a handy position....albeit with 10 men. But they then ran out of puff with Bont going 3-2 up before Howells was sent off close to time. Player-manager Griffiths had a one match ban while his assistant Giles was still under the touchline suspension from Afan Lido last season. I think both sat out the game in the stand with gentleman Duane Saunders on the touchline. Given what happened at Goyt today some might say this worked to Penybont's advantage. Odds on Bont will wait for the FAW to launch their enquiry..... + equally odds on then they'll brush the L Major issue under the carpet.
