with the greatest respect, i've had a very long break from this board as some of the stuff being said on here is downright thick. Lets keep this conversation to welsh league football and who we predict will win leagues.. I like the write up from club pel droed www.clwbpeldroed.org/2018/07/30/predictions-welsh-football-league-2018-2019/ ...another interesting piece so well done to those lads!! for me Division 1: Penybont (last chance before he gets the chop?), Haverfordwest (big spenders and big travel- could catch teams out?) and Llantwit Major (Penybont B team momentum and nice little budget) Division 2: STM (great individual players) , ammanford (this one doesn't count as JDOG kindly pointed out they got promoted in the end! ), swansea uni (huge perks like free courses etc for players) Division 3: I don't know this league as well so I'm going from things i've heard and seen on social media... Trefelin (good cup run) penydarren (good cup run and momentum) newport city (very vocal about getting promoted last year so assuming same?)

Llantwit doesnt have a nice little budget at all, its massive actually. Probably biggest in the whole of Welsh league. Reserve's and youth also getting a couple quid, money flying about everywhere.

I think its a good thing that you were able to raise money to pay for some players to fire you into div one. also, you should prob stop your players talking about it if you don't want people to know.

Rawlings going from his port talbot oner.... To windy mill lane to play on their cabbage patch because he's playing for the badge!! Same with Barney, penybont captain and One of Welsh league's best CB dropping to div 3 as he's rich and no longer play's for money. Also Mike Hartley going up to the prem with Barry after 5 years No!? Port Talbot snapped him up. The urge to be at windy mill lane to play in front of nobody though was too appealing and that's where he is.
3 examples Who sky sports Can confirm that they are, All playing for the badge and love of llantwit.

You forgot all the big new signings that have come in to replace the 3 players who have left.

Couple of points 1. Mike Hartley wasn't getting a game at Port Talbot and was on the bench for quite a lot of Llantwit games 2. Rawlings did well but was not one of the major players during the run in. They were Snaith and the 2 centre halves 3. No idea why Barny came, but i believe he wasn't enjoying at Penybont and Could See his mates enjoying their football at Llantwit. When he arrived the club were struggling to pay the officials As far as I'm aware none are being paid and the lack of coin is the reason why we are struggling to replace 3 key who have left. I can see why people think the club is paying but with at least 50k needed for a new stand and more than that again for floodlights not sure where the money for players will come from. Just hoping we have enough to stay up. Looking forward to Saturday
