A prem team by default,any other year they would have been relegated, good fortune kept them up, the team finished in the bottom 3 with 19 points (probably 12 off Llangynwyd Rangers) best of luck who ever takes on what is a very difficult job. |

Cwm stayed up because Penydarren promoted to Welsh League + the only relegated div 3 were from Gwent - Neuadd Wen. That led to just two clubs down from S W Alliance Prem + it was bye bye Llan Rangers + former Welsh League giants Cardiff Corries.
