Am i right in saying that, between div1 and 2,its 3 up and 2 down??? (ton pentre + caerau ely)
That's going on the Welsh league using common sense mind, and note i didn't guess the 3 goimg up from div 2, im not that brave.

That’s also not taking into account ground criteria. If D1 clubs don’t meet it they will be down, if D2 clubs in the promotion spots don’t meet it they won’t go up. It’s all still up in he air I think. For example, I’m told Monmouth may not meet the Tier 2 licence (I’ve never been there so I don’t know), so they may be down regardless of league position.

Mental init, lets be stupid about it, if 5 div1 clubs dont meet the criteria but 5 from div 2 do, do they just replace each other? Potentially getting points on the board could mean nothing and you could be promoted/relegated, if for example a toilet in the changing rooms is in the right/wrong place?

Not quite, you can alter relegation, but not promotion, max of 3 going up, as it stands yes 2 down from div1, as Llanelli going up no relegation to south from Prem, but that could change with Bangor taking legal action. Monmouth have apparently, accepted relegation as they unable to improve where they are due to issues with the rugby club/council,apologies if that wrong. They did briefly move to Abergavenny so not sure if ground sharing an option should they avoid relegation by finishing 14th. Told of one div 1 club who apparently had 75 seats, ordered a new stand to comply with tier 2 but ordered a 150 seater leaving them 25 short, inspected and told they got till thursday to fit another 25 .. how true that is not sure..surely not an extension to the 30th april absolute deadline, go figure...but they are trying met Tier 2 at their own ground so good luck to them. According to sgm no club will be relegated due to Tier 2 licence as all clubs will either meet it or groundshare. Hearing one club has submitted ground share plans but don't actually plan to play one game there !!, thought you had to submit to FAW by end April if you playing elsewhere next season? Personally think it's totally wrong that clubs are circumventing the rules, only had 3 years to comply rather than improving their own grounds, but am surprised that anyone is surprised at whats happening. Possability that all 3 promoted sides from div 2 be playing elsewhere next season,on the grapevine, one at -Taffs Well, one at Briton Ferry, one at Leckwith, one at Barry Town although Llantwit have said their inspection went well. Nothing will be confirmed officially till the AGM in June.

That’s a strange one. Different counties for a start Pity teams are allowed when other clubs have put in an effort and spent good money improving.
