Whats going on?  Opened my Argus tonight to read the Welsh League preview... only to find a story that I had already read on the Welsh League website 2 days ago.  SWA Bring back Terry Daley. Please |

I emailed an article to the Rhondda Leader after a recent game but they decided it more fitting to reprint the Monmouth write up! I guess they make mistakes

Rhonda Leader?? more like the Glamorgan times. Im sure that someone from ,say Clydach Vale, would rather read about a Rhondda Club than the results of Div 22 rugby or Aberflyaff v Cwmtwch Seconds.

Good news... it seems that Mr Daley has been reinstated. Todays WL preview in the SWA accurate and informed.

Its galling that the South Wales Echo give so much attention to the uninteresting Merthyr Titful and so little to the Welsh League teams. The average gate at Penyadarren Park is dwarfed by the combined intersest of the entire Welsh League.
Terry Phillips is an excellent journalist (apart from his glaring cock up on today's write up on the 10 year anniversay of the City .v. Leeds FA cup game). Too little Welsh League coverage though.
