A real humdinger on a dreadful bog of a pitch (well done to Caerau for getting the game on) however both teams struggled in the conditions which wasnt condusive to any sort of passing game. A missed penalty by Street then Caerau go up the other end and put themselves 1-0 up against the run of play before extending their lead with a penalty from the impressive Tyrelle Webbe to make it 2-0. Eleven minutes remaining and just when it looked all over Street staged a fight back to take the game into ET courtsesy of goals from defender David Hutcheon and Jeffrey White. Caerau's Liam Beattie then got red carded but they hang on to force it to pens. 5-5 on regulation penalties before Street nip it with a Darren Huish getting the clincher. Well done both teams, less said about the "lino" on the near side the better. Common sense, a footballing outlook and a personality wouldnt have gone amiss from him. Thanks to the officials of Caerau for the hospitality.
