Initial thoughts? I can think of one or two current tier 2 clubs that would need to spend some serious money. Seats and floodlights are required for starters...

Not sure when this comes into force though.

Proposed time scale for licence

2011/12 Consultation with leagues and clubs - Completed
2012/13 Feedback to clubs and leagues after FAW meeting
2013/14 Pilot season for licence
2014/15 Implementation

Time for clubs to reduce wages and start looking to provide their players and spectators with facilities expected at tier 2 of a national pyramid...
