Has anyone had a look at the Fairplay League on the Welsh League site?? I was interested to see the difference in the amount of cards given in each of the leagues.
Div 1 27 reds 224 yellows 1198 points Div 2 13 reds 154 yellows 776 points Div 3 17 reds 101 yellows 602 points
Does Divison 1 really have this many more bad fouls, dissent etc??
I know Divison 1 teams played a couple more games than the other 2 leagues, but the difference is massive.
What are peoples opinions on this?? And opinions on why this happens?? Can anyone honestly say there are double as many bad fouls in Division 1 as there are in Division 3?? I think it may be ref's going over the top in with the discipline in Division 1 as they are trying their best to get into the Premier.

a few factors IMO (1,) div 1 and 2 have 3 pairs of eyes as apposed just the one in div 3 (2,)div 1 & 2 refs are more often than not guys trying to make the break upwards so wont allow common sense to prevail so instead see an issue as either black or white. (3) Assessors are more prevalent in div 1 so the refs more likley to ref by the absolute law (4.) there are alot of arseholes reffing these days.
