Is gareth Morgan slowly destroying this club?? From What I have heared he is rocking the ship behind closed doors. And a matter of time before it sinks to the bottom of the ocean. I have seen a couple home games and the home grown talent still Doing the business. Possible due to this is taking longer for the Morgan wrecking ball to take affect.

Stop talking nonsense...
The Morgan wrecking ball? here's a few recent facts:
Took over at Llanwern when the club was destined to fold, won promotion to Div 2. Took over at Porth where the club had not won a competitive football match in 13 months, finished just below mid table and then top half the 2nd season. Now at STM and they are 6th in the league...
WRECKING BALL YOU SAAAAY!? ^_^

You must be good friends can't fault your backing. Stm lost twice to the same allience league team. Shocking that for a team Such quality. He is lucky to have taken over such a squad. But soon his ITS ALL ABOUT ME ATTITUDE WILL BITE HARD.. I've seen him on the side lines. His cv/record looks decent. But the last man in charge should never of been shown the door. My opinion wich I'm entitled to. So il speak and say how I feel thank you

I thought the previous man left of his own accord as he had a new job that caused him to work most Saturdays. The club didn’t get rid. You obviously don’t like Gareth Morgan. Penydarren haven’t lost a game this season in their league and must be favourites for promotion at the end of the season

Why do I have to be friends with him just because I'm stating facts? Lets be honest, most managers don't give a rats arse about cup competitions, it's all about the league and a cup run is a bonus, from what I hear Penydarren are a decent team... I am sure Gareth will have a smile on his face drinking his coffee reading these forums, amazing how you have even taken the time out of your day to post about him ) Nobody is saying you are not entitled to your opinion, this is a public forum so be prepared to be shot down if your making up pure crap

This is what we want chaps, good old debate on football and its rights and wrongs. Sorry to interupt the debate....you chaps carry on as I have got the foggiest idea what you're rabbiting on about. But it sure does beat that Thomas guy bleeting about Voggy. Over and out...........and back to you chaps on the great STM Sports debate.

Pen were much much the better team in both games. His antics in the dug out were laughable and made winning even more sweet. There was definite discord especially at the second game. I wouldn’t want him anywhere near my club. This is what we want chaps, good old debate on football and its rights and wrongs. Sorry to interupt the debate....you chaps carry on as I have got the foggiest idea what you're rabbiting on about. But it sure does beat that Thomas guy bleeting about Voggy. Robert Carlos. As my last post said. It's not the gareth morgan show. I hope they get shot of him. As he in the long run is no good for that amazing team. And by the looks of last post. I'm not the only one to have this veiw on him. Last manager in charge was way better and it was not all bout him from what I hear. But as I have previously said I hope stm see more success this year. And I will Continue to get down and watch when I can

What has gone wrong at STM I watched them at the start of the season and I thought they looked an awesome side that would walk the second division. Yet they seem to be struggling for some reason or other with just a point down at Dinas yesterday confirming that. Have they lost players ? Seems such a shame as they were playing really good football as well. Can someone enlighten me ?

Give Dinas Powys some credit they have improved quite a bit over the past month and are a difficult club to beat.

Not 3 surprised to hear about issues but in fairness I think Real Madrid would have struggled on The Murch with last Saturday”s conditions. It’s a bog on it’s best day.

No I haven’t heard anything but I look at it this way. He’s waltzed around previous club and has gone to clubs with low expectations. A no lose situation. Let’s face it when his Porth team ended their long losing run it wasn’t managerial expertise because he didn’t turn the players into winners he simply brought his own group in. In fact they arrived at Porth as quick as he and they departed. If that’s called success then I’m missing something somewhere. That’s just called papering over the cracks because there was no long term strategy and in many senses Porth are currently no better off for his stint. The same goes for other clubs he’s bounced around. Now STM Sports is a different kettle of fish completely because expectation is high due to their successive successes. There’s a phrase that goes something like “if it ain’t broken don’t try and fix it”. Now reading the posts of the disgruntled chap on here it seems that players have moved on (I know that there’s at least one long established player now playing at Ely Rangers Non Football Club) and also that STM are not playing to their strengths that have got them where they are. I don’t see that the WElsh League div2 is tougher than div3 in fact when we went through the divisions that was definitely the case. Going back a good few years ago STM played Barry at JP in a Welsh Cup game and it was evident even back then that they were a footballing team who stuck to their principles even when they fell a few goals behind. I was interested after that game to hear them say that they were disappointed with their performance that day but I must admit I was very impressed especially as they were an unknown senior league team back then. I thought to myself that if they are disappointed with that showing what do they play like when they are happy with their performance. To now hear that they appear to be playing a different style is obviously down to the manager and coaches. Whatever their style they still look like a good bet for promotion so if that’s achieved then the disgruntled people won’t have anything to argue against. But if they don’t then the manager is directly responsible. Maybe it is just one random disgruntled player having a cheap pop but I would say that the club are very disappointed with their season so far in terms of the Welsh cups and dropping 6 points out of a possible 21 so far against teams rooted at the bottom end of the table. Time will tell but I hope that the manager didn’t walk into the job with a repair manual because that wasn’t needed. Whatever happens I hope they succeed because they’ve done fantastically well to get to their current position in the pyramid.
