Just wanted to know what peoples thoughts are on the whole F.A.W fiasco thats currently on show unable to find a sponser for our own top flight domestic league and cup , our national side behind faroe islands in world rankings , welsh football needs a dramatic change sooner rather than later with no money from sponsers surley this will affect welsh league clubs down the line . Our top welsh prem teams struggle to make an impact in europe , understandibly but still there is just no glamour to our welsh prem there is an abundunce of young talent throughout the welsh league system but dont get a chance due to the clubs willingness to keep hold of overpayed and overweight players , this is our top flight and its embarrising what examples do thease teams hope to set , teams need to grab good young players give them there chances and start to build as a whole, target there communitys and surrounding communitys more, otherwise well just remain a football country going nowhere , just makes you mad when you see theres so much potencial too be so so much better.

Couldn't agree more. Most organisations with this track record of failure would have been held to account by now. And the media would be all over it. Unfortunately, Welsh media is run by rugby people.

Agree totally imagine the WRU doing so badly there would be up roar i hope with sky sports news at this present moment highlighting the national teams plight , wakes people up to whats going on, and i could answer that nothing , nothing is happening . Heads need to roll for the disastrous way FAW is run . Its just a really sad state of affairs at the mo.

Amazing that sponsors who expressed interest haven'y even been contacted, prime example being Mike Harris(see welsh-prem.com
The people in office are so far removed from the modern day of thinking. I wonder how many of the crumplies on the FAW are still able to go to the toilet on their own never mind oversee our game?

Did anyone watch the world cup draw on sky sports news , laurie sanchez said that a guy from romania had contacted the F.A.W dim witts and told them in march that if they play a freindly in june against the lowest ranked team in the world and won or drew wales would be moved into pot 5 , i know its only up one pot but it just highlights how much they dont care , there so frustrating and the media in wales has let them get away with it for too long , like i said before if this was the W.R.U heads would roll but F.A.W seem to just do nothing and get away with it , honestly its so so bad , i think im gunna start a campaighn to oust thease idiots a.s.a.p
