Inviting all the ENGLISH clubs back in. So now the FAW are going to take the Welsh Cup off us!! So glad they are looking after the WELSH clubs.

As much as it takes a trophy away from a Welsh pyramid club, surely it would make financial sense to let them back in? What would a Welsh League club prefer, maybe winning the cup once, get what pittance the FAW award for winning it, then have to pay out for travel, insurance , hotel rooms and all the other things that go with a Europa League qualifying match in Eastern Europe, or the chance of once a year drawing a Cardiff or Swansea at home and reap the profits of all the fairweather fans turning out and putting some money into the club? It's a tricky one but surely for Welsh football as a whole the pro's outweigh the cons.

Yes I agree, it would in no doubt be superb for our clubs to have the chance to play Cardiff or Swansea home or away for a day to remember by all involved at our level.

How would the majority of Welsh League grounds cope with a couple of thousand away fans?
And i don't just mean capacity-wise. I'm thinking food outlets and toilets too.
Or do most people think that as Cardiff/Swansea wouldn't take things seriously until later in the competition that their fans also wouldn't take it seriously and would only turn up in their hundreds rather than thousands?
Perhaps the tie would be switched, but who then gets what money?
It's an interesting one...

To be fair, they are only INVITING the other clubs back in. In all honesty I dont think that either Swansea or cardiff would enter if they were invited. They dont really take the Carling cup or even the FA Cup seriously nowadays do they?
