What a great result last night for Caldicot winning 6-2. Played really well and fully deserved. On a sour note though, apparently the "chef didn't turn up" so there was no food provided after the game for the players.. I wonder if the chef would have turned up if the score line was reversed.. And before anyone starts moaning, Chepstow would be the first to complain if we didn't provide food after a game. Maybe our chef wont turn up next week when they visit us..

Chef? Chef? Welsh League now have chefs. Onwards and upwards. Any suggestions for menus.

Sadly we had same last season up there. Wednesday night. 6:30 KO. Boys come from work. Depleted side due to players having no chance getting there in time. Lose 4-2. No Food!
Things happen, I know, but there are clubs who when that's happened have literally gone down to the Chippy to at least provide something!

surely sour grapes would have sufficed for a quick snack. Perhaps the chef was foreign and Chepstow hadn't got international clearance him? Lepsza kasa ogniotrwała niż żałujący
