Hi everyone,
im new to the board and also to the welsh league (and all welsh football to be fair).....
i was wondering if you could help me get an idea of how the league compares to those in England that i have a better understanding of so i know what to expect of any games i may be able to make this season.....
Playing standard compaed to the Welsh Premier League?
Now, i understand the welsh prem is similar in quality to the southern league/step 4 in england, does this sound about right?
how far behind is the welsh league div 1 from the teams in the welsh prem in playing standard....or is the only difference the name of the league and playing abilities being similar?
Grounds/Stadiums?
What does the everage ground in the wlesh leagues 1-3 have facilities wise? Are they all enclosed, stands, floodlit etc
Paymenst to players? s this common or are players playing for the enjoyment....
many thanks!!

He has had replies, just not on here. He seems to have posted the same question on every Welsh football forum.

Correct....just trying to find out about the leagues as i intend to see a lot more of it this season and want to make sure i go to the places ill enjy the most, whether that is in terms of football or facilities.....
Ive watched a lot of football in england at steps 4-7 and would like to ensure i see football of a similar standard in wales as ive enjoyed what ive seen in England...
Just showing an interest in the leagues!

Barry Town and AFC Llanelli will be the best places to go for facilities and standard of football
