Dwyer didn't exactly stand out from the other centre half, you could hardly say he was the difference between the sides. Whitey and Omar you could say that easily - i'm not a wind-up, it just seemed obvious to me that they stood out in the second half. who knows maybe Dwyer will stand out in different type of game where it's backs to the wall etc it's a tricky situation and i think it depends on what is most important to those running the club - avoiding relegation on the pitch, or sticking loyal to the players who weren't getting results. The people running the club have obviously decided that staying up is the most important thing at the moment. You say staying up is the most important thing and you are properly right but, are the results gonna keep coming when the in fighting and the resentment between the paid players and the non paid players starts, which it inevertably will! And if the quins do get relegated who's gonna be left there to pick up the pieces? Not the money men that's for sure. How many of proctors paid players have stayed behind at Bridgend Street to help them since they stopped paying players?

Easiest job in the world to post on here and put false names to posts, Grow some bollocks if you are really quins players and post your real names , key board thuggery is the the cowards way of sorting your problems out.

"You say staying up is the most important thing "
i'm not saying that - i am guessing that the people who run Quins have made that decision. I agree with a lot of what you're saying, but i also agree with the last poster - either the people running Quins are out of touch with what a lot of the players are thinking, or the messages on this thread aren't really what most Quins players are thinking.
But i stick to my original point - Whitey & Omar were head the reason Quins won that game on Saturday, they were the difference between the two sides

A well known fact scril,he refused to play for bridgend st when they said they wouldnt pay and now we've got him at ours and thats a fact.Theres a hush agreement between him and the manager gary proctor that involves money which we think stinks and is against what this bunch of players stand for.Same for Whitey and Clayton. We';ve hered rumours of stuff that have happened at bridgend st with gary proctor and its worrying that hes got his hands on our club if any of it is true and knowing a few people who played there well i dont think its bullshit.Win at what cost?

Mr Proctor has a mixed reputation. Some loved him when he was with us and some disliked him.
Personally, I found him fine. But we had some players at one point that may have been on some sort of 'wage'.
Hope thinks work out at Quins though.

there you go its a carbon copy of what he did at bridgend st and what hes doing with us which is basically taking the piss out of peoples effort, attitude and loyalty by treating players on one side of the dressing room differntly to players on the other side. How does he expect us to be one team and fighting for each other when there are some players being given the red carpet and others given sweet fa? i like alot of the boys are on the verge of walking but hope that mo and ishy see sense and bomb this wanabee first.

It is quite plain to see that bacebook or whatever your name is on here that you are not a current player at the quins but a trouble maker from another club.
You hide behind a false name and have been asked to give your correct name on a few occasions but refuse to do so, i wonder why. If you are a player just give your name you will be more respected for it. I have watched quins for most of the season and the last 3 games have been outstanding and have earned 7 points from 9 and well on the way to retaining our welsh league status. One thing for sure is that if we had kept faith with the old manager and average players we would for certain be on the way out of the welsh league. Loyalty means nothing bacebook results are what we want so if your not happy move on .

mo and ishy are loyal so how about getting rid of them too? loyalty means alot so it sounds like you and our manager share the same sad opinion. surely there cant be two people with the same opinion at one club.the answer is no!!! mattybryant=gary proctor

one other thing mr proctor is that you have history and people talk so you might have come to us with your clean slate but grangetown isn't a million miles from bridgend st or cwmbran or bridgend town or llaneli or ryader

I wish I hadn't have started this thread now after looking at all the ding dong going on but what I will say about loyalty is that the reason that we are still a club is because of the deep rooted loyalty of Gav, Cossy and Damon. They are loyal to the core. They have the respect of the players who epitomise the spirit. Classy players can come nd go but the heartbeat of the club comes from those who care.Without a heartbeat there is no pulse.

Hey dog thats a good point and other thing is that we are not pieces of meat that gets dragged out or move on as Procter puts it but players who care about the club and community and have given it 100 %. For some players to be treated in this way and then others who don't give 2 f**ks for the club to be lorded is crap. The ones that care leave the ground knowing we did our best and the ones that don't care walk away with a cheque hanging out of his back pocket. If he disrespects loyalty so much then he's going to ruin the club unless something is done about this bad situation.
