Dinas pay and have done for ages. Let's face it, who would play there for free?
Mind you I think they pay each player per point gained, so last season they didn't spend an awful lot.
The point about judging teams by their performance on the pitch is completely void when you see players doing the summer merry go round year after year. What the Welsh League needs to do is put the best CLUBS (based on ground, lights, facilities, reserve/youth teams etc) in the first division. As if by magic, the players will strangely appear at those clubs.
Funny that.
