The FAW are the governing body of Welsh football and what they say should go. Will they have the balls to stand by their decision to restructure the Welsh League or will they be dictated to by the Welsh League. If they back down on this then this can create a monster for future appeals etc.
FAW do whats right and go with the structure that you originally set out and that the member clubs voted to implement.
Is it fair that clubs who avoided the relegation lottery last year will once again have to go through this again this season???
If this is the case then this is a total DISGRACE!!!!!
TOTAL DISGRACE and will make a mock of the Welsh League.

I'm guessing here, but i think the appeals have worked because some clubs appear to be convinced that relegation was on ground criteria first, and the other clubs were convinced it was league position.
If the FAW had got signatures from each club on a bit of paper saying they all agree to the cull by x means or y means then i think the appeals wouldn't have had a leg to stand on.
The FAW obviously underestimated the situation and perhaps in hindsight wished they'd got everyone to sign a formal and binding document...
Like i said though, this is just my reading of the situation.
