Have they appealed against the refusal of tier 2 licence? I was down there a month or so ago and they hadn’t had the extra seats put in so assume that’s the reason. It’s wrong though that they should be refused and a club like Pontypridd be allowed even though they’ve basically piggybacked onto another club outside of their area. At least stm have stayed true to their roots in trying to get a t2 licence. The faw rules suck

Looks like Goytre will go down regardless with Ton Pentre and Port Talbot, with Taffs Well getting a reprieve. The top 3 in D2 all got the Tier 2 licence.

Congratulations stm
Not sure why port Talbot appealed as they failed to produce accounts on time.

Thank you - my phone hasn't stopped, I can't keep up with all the messages on Twitter / Facebook etc etc - everybody has been very kind. From our point of view we are just grateful for the chance to play against the "big boys" next season after all of the hard work we have put in behind the scenes, on the field and more importantly getting the ground ready - just a phenomenal effort from everybody at the club - All very rewarding
