Tier 3 Criteria

Can anyone help me with tier 3 criteria please!!


I know current wlesh league criteria states the ground must be fully enclosed by a permanent structure but all i can see on the Tier 3 criterai is the pitch must be fully enclosed if another activituy is taking place at the same time. Am i correct in thinking tier 3 does not need enclosed grounds as standard?

No, there must be a permanent barrier around the pitch, a minimum of 1.5 metres from the pitch all round.

Ok just read that again and think I misunderstood it, are you talking about pitch side barrier or surrounding the entire ground/area ? If it’s the entire ground then I think you are right and that bit has been taken out.

Yeah, the barrier is no issues. I meant the surroundings perimeter fence to enclose the ground. Thanks for clearing it up
