It would be tasty if it was played but with this weekend's forecast I think everyone will be watching chase the egg or racing on the box.

Should be a tasty game on sat. Cambrian got more players from pontypridd area than mkponty because Mk are all from KERDIFF. Great game especially with the weather conditions. Cambrian the far better team. Had the ref and deliberate fouling against them at cambrian. 10 man cambrian score the winner by a boy from ponty town. .Had to be there just to see Max, Phil Gibb, Lyndon the snake Francis and Rob Teeths Faces.. Like church mouses. Big mouths and extremely abusive online mind.. |

Interesting reflection on the game. Happened to take in this one at the weekend.
Just remind me of the first booking of the Cambrian player that was sent off...... deliberate foul wasn’t it. The kick off for second half had 4 Cam players in the Ponty half. Ponty had a definite penalty for handball turned down, and there was a deliberate elbow by Cam centre half which only had a free kick! The official was definitely not against Cam and both sides were equally as culpable of fouling in awful conditions.
As for where players come from. Cambrian have monopolised the Rhondda of all young players with their outstanding academy structure. And if other clubs did the same they would more likely have home grown players. I doubt every player comes from Cambrian..... that’s the nature of Welsh League football unfortunately!
