A mammoth average attendance over 5 games of 220 people. Just over 1100 people out of a national population of 3MILLION. Not even a mouth watering Friday night game with champions TNS playing home against fellow big hitters Bangor City could muster up more than 271. Why don't the maggots at Faw do something about trying to increase attendances before they insist that clubs spend needlessly to cater for non existent people ?

So what can we do vog dick? What is the answer to pulling in the punters across Wales and increasing crowd numbers and revenue.
The answer is simple, 1 word......
HOFFMEISTERPISS.
Get every football club in the land to buy cans of hoffmeisterpiss, pulls the crowds in. Just take a look at our average crowds on a saturday. The posho's of llantwit love the stuff.
Problem solved, next on the agenda, world hunger

It’s a bit chicken and egg though isn’t it. Having been to a number of WL grounds I would not choose to frequent some of them on a regular basis as the offer very little to the supporter. Raise the standards and clubs may stand a chance. That said, if the armchair Liverpool/Man Utd/Chelsea etc. fans (most of whom couldn’t find those clubs on a map) got out of their armchairs and got some fresh air and real football we all might do a bit better.

Some grounds don’t offer much to the supporter but as long as there’s a decent game and somewhere to sit under on a rainy day what more can one ask for ? Most or should I say nearly all clubs in visited in the Welsh League could have done more in the provision of food and drink but that’s by the by. It’s not asking too much to serve a decent clean cup of tea and perhaps that routine failure speaks volumes for a club’s overall lack of effort and enterprise. Llanelli, Goytre Utd and poss the odd other club can be excluded for this petty criticism A mammoth average attendance over 5 games of 220 people.
