Suspended Players

I went to watch Newport County V Caerleon on Saturday , it wasnt the best game ive ever seen but i noticed that Caerleon had 2 players playing who were under Welsh League suspensions ?? I checked out with a mate i had the right players and he confirmed it via the photos on the County website .
Were these players Jason Price and Keeper James Cairns elligable to play or have Caerleon and the players been a bit naughty anyone know ?

I'm guessing they have to serve out match suspensions by missing league matches rather than friendlies.

Thanks for your reply Counting crows , i have just been on the welsh fa website and they are under full suspension according to their rule 34 from all football until fines are settled , im sure they have settled them though they would not be that stupid to play in such a big friendly whilst under suspension ,,,, would they ?
