Yes our 1 supporter was very happy with the result on the weekend considering croesy were on a fine run of form and we hadnt played for around a month. Yes come down and have a look, the clubs had a lick of paint and brought it up to date, also the new look bar, get ready for this, NO LONGER SELLS HOFFMEISTERPISS!!! maybe this news deserves its own thread |

If you do visit you will find a proper club progressing in the right way
The club raised nearly 10 k a few weeks ago in memory of Rhys Gould, not bad for a club with one fan!
There also a chance of back to back promotions without throwing money at players

The majority of players are into their 4 the season. There are local players including a couple of 17 year olds
Also a reserve team with too many players each week.

I'm led to believe a talented group of Penybont players got fed up of being classified as "Welsh League Reserve Div" players even though they won this competition. Basically, playing with L Major (then a div 3 side) was a more inviting prospect. In fairness to manager Karl Lewis, he's done a fine job in galvanising the boys who Bont felt couldn't hack it in div 1....without giving them a fair chance. This was true under both the Ford + Griffiths regimes at Penybont. Think it's true to say Penybont have bitterly regreted the road from the King Cole Stadium to Windmill Lane recently undergoing a resurface.
