Let’s give big credit to Guppy and his boys at Cam for their season so far. I don’t think too much was expected of them and in fairness trashing Taffs Well 4-0 is not unusual these days but it’s great to see Cam up there even though they’ve played more games. Penygriff And Goyts shot each other in the foot by denying each other 2 points which will add more joy to the Saturday night barn dances throughout Trundletown and Felinfoelshire tonight. STM and Pontyforest look to be the main 2 out of the 3 for promotion by a long way. For once the Village People didn’t enjoy a solid spanking. A big win for the Cageboys against them but the Pontyforest machine keeps rolling on after another big win against the Cremation Crew. Lets hope that too many cup games don’t take Ponrtforest off track and make them victims of their own success. Personally I’m very pleased for them. It was a freak result in Connahs Quay for the reigning Welsh League champions today but in “Sir Gav We Trust” Voggers

Been told Penybont finished with just 9 men too. Bont boss Griffiths sent off for allegedly ploughing into a Goyt country bumkin in front of a young lady who was running the line. But Cheatacre got a kick in a soft spot when Bont equalised during time added on for stoppages through a long shot from K Howard. Shame that for the Country Bumkins. Fair play to Bont boss Griffiths, he sure is a role model for his team to follow. Not the 1st time he's seen red in Bont colours either.

Lucky it was a cold day and their wasn’t many young bont fans their watching. Embarrassing to see the leader of a top club do that ! Result was fair, ref wasn’t brilliant. Very very cold.

Stm have further strengthened this week, signing another ex Porth player Ben again to add to the contingent who've already signed this season. ST PORTH surely faves now.
Penybont manager Griffiths.. . Well I don't know what he's doing there but by all accounts the refs are doing him a favour putting him in the stands. A decision he should have made for himself a few years ago going on performances this season.

Griffiths still feels he offers Bont something on the field.....however, someone needs to take him to one side and spell out it out for him. Allegedly someone smacked Griffiths around the eyes and he did what he does best and retaliated. By the way it wasn't because it was a cold day that only a man + his dog were present against the Country Bumkins because if they break the 20-mark that's a bumper attendance. My brother told me that Country Bumkins were the biggest bunch of whingers he'd ever seen at the King Cole Stadium. All in all Bumkins made few friends at yet another Div One club.

How on earth can Rhys Redfiths be claiming a wage from the club when he cannot lead by example? He needs to throw his boots in the bin and focus on managing the team. His first job as an out and out manager is fine himself and apologise to his squad for letting them down again. Behavioural patterns are set by the manager so how can he justify being the manager ? Take nothing away from Griff he was a great player in the Welsh Prem but he needs to ditch his frustrations at not being able to hack it as a player anymore. As for STMs new signing Ben Again I presume it’s Ben Ahmun the former Dinky Poo player. A very average player to say the least

As for Goytre what can you say that hasn’t already been said ? With regards to their behaviour they do tend to get a bit edgy on 3G because they’re more familiar with larking around in grassy surroundings but i gather it was a much more dogged performance than their 4-1 hammering at Roxy Music.

It was a freak result in Connahs Quay for the reigning Welsh League champions today but in “Sir Gav We Trust” Loggers I for one was seriously concerned for after a few losses in the league and cup to lower league opposition. But having seen that Ponty then beat Havvy west and put 6 on the very talented STM ., puts it into perspective. The fact Cam are giving a good account is all anyone can ask for. As for Penybont, it seems that Rhys is past his prime and not exactly leading by example. Sad to see from one of the welsh league greats. not enough professionalism for me. Barry having a great first year too. well done all!

Griff hasn’t helped himself or his team because every referee will be on the defensive when they are doing a Penygriff game. There won’t be any respect from the men in black. He’s basically shone a big spotlight on himself and I feel the only answer to eradicating this is to get shot of him and replace him with someone who can control himself and consistently lead by example. I personally think his position is untenable due to the fact he’s re-offending and clearly not learning or thinking about the knock on effect to his players. This latest incident is proof that nobody at the club has actually brought him to task about setting examples from his previous offending.

VOG as the new bont number 1

The really bad news is that I've been told Penybont handed Griffiths a contract extension last summer....I think someone told me it was for 2 years so he'll certainly be at the King Cole Stadium next season, unless of course someone is daft enough to come in for him. Any offers out there anyone? He might be going for a song too.

theres plenty of managers in the welsh league who are doing things professionally and having success that could step into his role. Why they are hanging on to him when he's acting ike this I don't know.. maybe we should get on paddy power and look at who could take the job!

If you go on paddypower don't forget to press the Griffiths boost button.....unbelievable!

Considering he was such a prolific striker in his Welsh Prem days, it surprises me that he has chosen to play himself at centre back.
I would have thought he would be more use up front?

What’s the odds on the STM gaffer? History shows he loves a new club.
