Budsboy firstly an apology only just noticed your Q re floodlights, other events sent thread way down will dig out the quotes.
Top and bottom is that the vote was taken and 95% or therabouts voted for it,I didnt should have been phased in over couple yrs, and turned around to unbeleivably see almost all 3rd div Secs with their hand in the air.
Although I dont have a a transcript beleive someone asked what would happen if all clubs met the criteria and it was stated league position will be taken into account, i did as you and told our manager top 8 to stay up.
Clubs had until April 30th to meet the criteria (1988), and suprise ,suprise all but Troedyrhiw do.not nming any clubs but certain grounds, not only 3rd div grounds havnt been touched since the yr dot, clubs new in June 2009 what was needed its too late now im afarid do like we did regroup , work hard and get back up there .
