Trundle at Neath? who are the runners and riders this season? Who's adopting the 4231 formation? how's pre season shaping up?

Trundle = fat jack B'stard, can just imagine it Guppy to Trundle," do the ayatollah", no Bang the sound of fatty Trundle hitting the deck.
Ist Div Winners Bridgend, Cambrian will give it a go,
2nd Div Ton Pentre, AFc Porth hopefully, Croesyceilog good side but their pitch probs usually catch up with them.
3rd The two Pontys Pridd and Clun.
No we are sticking with 5-1-2-2 or was it 4-1-4-1
Pre season you try get the little darlings to train twice a week, amongst the excuses lat week Havnt got a car, been to the dentist, cant find my boots and the best Im babysitting, well that was funny cos his 2 kids were in my house playing on the Wi , well nephew or not hes getting fined ;D
