that is interesting, as jeanne was on trial at brighton only last week. all three of those are cardiff based players so i can only assume you mean bridgend street.
nathan white is a proven goalscorer at welsh league level and will tear division 3 defences apart.

Summers doesn't usually play for free, but what a signing he will be for BS. Great coup. Maybe he'll play against us in our up-and-coming friendly.

Scril, why did Bridgend St pull out of the arranged game with Ton to play Aberaman. Maybe their standards are different from Welsh League and this sort of thing is done in lower leagues.

BGS have done this to at least 2 other Welsh League Clubs this Summer - which I know for absolute fact because both respective Managers stated how unhappy they were that they had done so

Apparently there was a mix up between their manager(Bridgend street) and the secretary and chairman, this fixture(Ton Pentre and BGS )was arranged on May 4.
If this is the third time that this has happened then they are not going to make many friend in the Welsh League.

One thing is for sure , Bridgend St has had a lot of publicity before the season starts, is it true "any publicity is good" some of it through no fault of their own, anyway best of luck to them and every other team in the League

Regarding previous posts about fixture being cancelled i suggest you get to know the facts,
The ton pentre game was cancelled because there was a mix up between sec at bridgend st and ton pentre sec.
Please mr croesy manager post your real name on here and stop trying to stir the shit.
As for taffs well fixture this was cancelled over 3 weeks before the fixture took place as the pitch had extensive work on it and wasnt ready.

Dear All,
As much fun as it is to keep receiving texts etc asking me why I have been having a go at people on this board, can we please refrain from assuming anything posted on this board is sent by myself?
I know I am not the only one who suffers this as Gary Proctor had the same issue a few times as well as Lee Bridgeman from Taffs Well (formerly Corries).
I did see that now famous comical post last week proclaming me as the "best manager in the Welsh League" and the oh so fun personal abuse that comes straight after it, and thanks to Huw (Porth) for pointingme in the direction of it, but I can assure you it wasn't me who posted it - I can only assume my Mother had logged on because I dont need to tell you it is clearly not the case.
Several people seem to be taking a lot of abuse on this site since it started up from what I have seen and I doubt very much that is what Lee started it up for. Most of us are unpaid volunteers essentially so I don't really think that we should have to take abuse from people, nor should other people's petty comments on here be attributed to me or any other WL Manager.
No doubt this message will be greeted with more insightful stuff and claims of wrong doing etc, but much like Barry Quinn did last year when pontyclun were getting a load of abuse on this site I wanted to set the record straight!

Trouble is people hide behind usernames, if you want say something use your birthname, not difficult is it .
Lee has to be commended for starting this board and yes opinions are welcome but at least have the balls to use your real name
